Demo for multi-step operation by using the "dynain" file:

step1:  Save the parts to be used in second step by defining:

*INTERFACE_SPRINGBACK_LSDYNA
99
*SET_PART
99
1,2
$

This will generate a "dynain" file, which includes nodal coordinates and element 
connectivity with initial stresses for the 2nd step operation.

step2:  rename the "dynain" file as "dynain.k" and incldue it in the 2nd step input deck
